Gulshan Dhaba Murthal – A Perfect Highway Food Stop

If you’re planning a road trip from Delhi, Murthal is probably already on your list—and among all the famous dhabas, Gulshan Dhaba is one place I personally never miss.

Located right on GT Road in Murthal, just around 1.5 hours from Delhi, this dhaba is open 24×7, making it a perfect stop for late-night drives, early morning rides, or weekend food trips.

Why Gulshan Dhaba is So Popular?

Murthal is full of dhabas, but Gulshan Dhaba stands out because:

It is one of the oldest and most iconic dhabas in Murthal Huge seating area with no long waiting timeAmple parking space for cars and bikes Clean washrooms (a big plus on highways) Fast service even during peak hours

  • It is one of the oldest and most iconic dhabas in Murthal
  • Huge seating area with no long waiting time
  • Ample parking space for cars and bikes
  • Clean washrooms (a big plus on highways)
  • Fast service even during peak hours

Despite being crowded most of the time, the staff manages everything efficiently, and the service remains quick and smooth.

Gulshan Dhaba is known for its heavily stuffed, tandoor-cooked parathas, served with:

  • Fresh white makhan (butter)
  • Thick curd
  • Tangy homemade pickles

My Recommendation – Pyaaz Paratha + White Butter + Chai = Perfect Combo

Don’t Miss the Nimbu Pickle

One underrated hero of this place is their Nimbu (lemon) pickle. It adds a tangy punch to every bite and tastes amazing with parathas. They now also offer packed pickles, so you can take some home!

Ambience, Hygiene & Service

  • Clean and hygienic environment
  • Spacious seating (good for families & groups)
  • Quick service Polite and attentive staff

Every visit to Gulshan Dhaba has been consistently great. The food quality, taste, and service have only improved over time. Whether it’s a road trip, a late-night drive, or just a food outing, this place never disappoints.

If you’re passing through Murthal, make sure you stop here at least once—and trust me, it won’t be your last.
