Gulshan Dhaba’s Paratha is my all-time favorite. You find Gulshan Dhaba at Murthal which is always my first stop while crossing it from. It is situated on GT Road in Murthal, which is 1.5 hours drive from Delhi where you can enjoy the wonderful food, its always-on 24×7 so best for a late-night outing. They had a decent place to park your car and also good washrooms. There are a lot of more dhabas which goes popular time by time. Gulshan Dhaba is one of the oldest and you can say it is the first dhaba that was opened in Murthal. Gulshan Dhaba is quite big, it is all-time crowded decently. You can take a seat anytime for your meal. Its service is quick, as well as staff is quite decent. This place has not only improved its ambiance but has worked on the taste too. Their service is excellent and the staff too is really polite and attentive. About food, the menu shows all items related to south Indian, north Indian, Chinese and other cousins, and sweet dishes, But, it is all about parathas, roti, naan, daal, paneer, veggies in many varieties. Parathas come in many flavors among them the aloo-pyaaz is the most popular one. I don’t miss any change to stop there for paratha while crossing it. The experience of having parathas with white Makhan (white butter) is always been amazing for me. You can also have chai (Tea) with paranthas. Chai has also one of the best taste. My anytime favorite is Pyaaz Paratha white Makhan (white butter) and chai, the lot of varieties like gobhi, aloo-pyaaz, muli, aloo, mix, paneer, pyaaz and more. Parathas were accompanied by white Makhan and curd. Along with this, they also served pickles, which is really tasty and delicious. These heavily stuffed parathas are baked in tandoor and served with white homemade butter. Pickles are on house. I also like their chili paratha.
I forgot to tell you about their Nimbu pickle, which I found very mouth-watering along with parathas. Nowadays, they are also giving packing of their pickles too. We always have a great and wonderful experience. Must visit this restaurant. You can also try Pav Bhaji which we loved and of course, the pav was so soft and served well with bhaaji. They served Chowmien in a huge quantity of paneer in it and it was made with perfection. Must try their Parathas along with white butter and Lemon (Nimbu) pickle, chai and jalebi, Chaach (buttermilk) or lassi. The service is quick and the place is clean and hygienic.
